• irregular menstrual cycles

• shortness of breath

it is a lot more than just “feeling anxious “

• IBS (which is more than just an “upset stomach”)
• changed taste sensation/things taste rotten and metallic
• sweats
• weight fluctuation, loss or increase in appetite, craving for carbs and sugar
• dry mouth which makes it hard to eat
• low-grade fever
• loss of ability to focus your eyes
• chest pain
• TMJ
• tinnitus
• swollen lymph glands (due to said lowered immune system)
• numb hands and feet
• rashes
• worsening allergies and asthma
• changes in libido

i could go on, really.

no but seriously I didn’t know a lot of these things were symptoms/side effects of anxiety until I’d had them for years

SO IM NOT DYING 

I have IBS and it is like your stomach is being ripped apart from the inside, I couldn’t walk because the pain was that bad.
